Return Policy
If an item purchased is unsatisfactory for any reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, with the proper tags attached. All items, especially footwear, that have been worn outside will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition. That is why it is very important that all items must be tried on indoors, and footwear tried on a surface that will not affect the cosmetics of such footwear. For if not, we will be unable to process your return.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT.
Defective Items
It is our experience that through proper care and normal use, almost all defects for apparel and footwear will be evident in the first 60 days after purchase. For this reason you may return any defective item up until 60 days after the date of the purchase for exchange only.
